There is a class action lawsuit being filed with Cavalry in US District Court in Pennsylvania. If you Google the name Cavalry you can look at the details and see if it applies to your situation.

You need to file a lawsuit ASAP. This is the only thing these lowlife understand. They are junk debt buyers and are just fishing. You are unlucky enough to have the same or similar name to a person who owed AT&T sometime within the last 20 years!

Prepare another letter requesting Debt Validation where you clearly dispute the debt. Demand to see something you allegedly signed, along with an account history. DO NOT sign the letter, print only. DO NOT give any personal information such as DOB,SS#, etc.

Now make about 150 copies and get a cheap fax machine. Be sure you have an unlimited free long distance plan. Fax it over and over again to each fax# they have every night just after they close. Run out the paper and toner on thier machines, and fill the memory.
