Cellular Blowout - Wildcat Communications, non-delivery of charged goods and little communication from them Agorua Hills California

Ordered a cell phone from this company. They confirmed and said product was backlogged due to high demand. One month later I had not received product and tried to contact the company by their listed telephone number. Recorded message said to contact via website trouble ticket. I completed trouble ticket asking about order status and received a response indicating the product would be shipped the following Monday.

One month later I had not received product so I again followed up with trouble ticket asking about shipping. This request and three subsequent attempts were ignored. Nearly two months after original order and no contact from company and no product I filed a dispute with credit card company and cancelled order. This time the company reposnded stating my order was cancelled. We'll see if they refund the money.

Don't attempt to purchase from this company as they are not responsible and did not deliver product or communicate the situation to the consumer.
