Cellular Blowout Wildcat Communications Big Rip Off! Agoura Hills California

I recently ordered a phone from cellular blowout. After a month of them telling me that my phone was on back order, I finally did receive the phone. It looked used and would not charge. I put a charged battery in it from another phone and when I turned it on it was on T Mobile system. I am on AT adn T so I got an error message everytime I turned the phone on. I sent them numerous emails as you can not call them direct and they will not respond and have already charged my credit card. I am afraid to send the phone back anyway after reading all the reports on here because I am not sure I will ever get a refund. Something needs to be done about this company before more people get ripped off. They are scam artist at their best taking money and sending junk phones advertised as new and then not responding back when you have a problem. Please dont let them take you too!
