     I ordered a  Dak Prescott jersey, I assumed the name champs apparel, was the same store that is in the mall.  The day after I placed my order, I realized it was a company from China.  I immediatly stating emailing them, as my credit card was charged a different amount.  The first said they would refund the difference once I received my package, then they said it was for tax.  When I question them how are they going to charge me tax when they are in China, they said the would refund the difference. 

Once I got the package,(I have had the jersey for one week now)  the site changed names, I started requesting a RA number to return the jersey. First they asked how much of a discount I would need to keep the jersey, then they asked for pictures, and now they are asking me to ship the jersey to another one of their customers.  I told them I would once they refund my credit card first.  I am disputing the charges with my bank, hopefully I will win with that battle.
