I was a Very happy customer, I had 2 very orders filled, then the third order was short shipped. Now they will not answer my E-mails. I am hopping they are on holidays or something like that and this can still be resolved.

My understanding is they have been in business for 6 or 7 years and they have been very good, lets hope they are not in trouble.

This all started way before Huricanes

I get my order but it almost took 2 months.
It is not evan the mistake that bothers me ,I could not get a hold of anyone.
This was in June ,july and August way before huricanes.

Hurricanes in Florida Prevented a Response

We are located in South Florida and have been hammered with 3 hurricanes and threatened with a 4th this week. We were unable to answer emails or phone calls as timely as we had wished. We posted this information on our homepage as well as our email autoresponder. We apologized for any inconvenience.
