Check Processing Bureau Letter with false accusations, threats of legal action, threats of jail. threats of lawsuits. New York New York

This company wrote me a leter claiming that I posted a bad check to a company called "Discount Pawn".

1) I don't shop at pawn shops.
2) I don't have physical checks only debit cards.
3) They included NO information other than the fact that I owed them $224.70

FRAUD!!!

I don't play that and I hope you guys don't either, they are attempting to scare people into paying money for no good reason. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!

1) They require your photo ID and write your Driver License # on checks. Do they have the check with that information on it? NO!

2) If you bounce a check BELIEVE me the bank will remind you with a charge!!

Contact the fraud department at your financial institution when you get this letter, tell them to show you the check that you are being sued for! Because in the letter it says your bank KNOWS! I am going to call and harass the people tomorrow then I'm going to hand this letter to my bank.
