My car broke down in traffic, I had my 9 year old son with me. I called the auto repair shop I always use, they sent citi towing
to tow my car in for repair. After one hour Citi towing never showed up and would not answer phone calls. I called another tow service and they arrived
on the scene to tow my car in 15 minutes.
