Combined Insurance Disability Claims - you'll be dead before you collect! Scranton Pennsylvania

 I filed the appropriate paperwork that came in my kit on July 1, 2013, including signed requests for info from all pertinent doctors.  My surgery was 7/8/13.  I faxed that information to Combined.  About 2 weeks later, I got the same blank forms in the mail which I had to complete and mail back.  To make a long story short, I had surgery and was off for 5 weeks.  It is now 8/27/13 and this is my second week back to work and i have get to get a dermination of my claim, let alone any money.  Every time I call, I get an excuse.  I am canceling my policy and urging everyone in my office who signed up for it to cancel as well.
