Bonnie Simon said she charges $735 for regular filling and
$1135 for RUSH.  Bonnie said it will take
7-10 days for a rush job.  When I talked
to the bank they told me it shouldnt take that long.  I called and emailed the Nev Sec of State and
they told me it should NOT take that long.
On the 9th day, Nev Sec of State said its still NOT
filed.  I called Bonnie Simone and with
my persistence, Bonnie filed my LLC on the same day which is the 9th
working day a day before her 7-10 working days.  She sent me the poor quality files via email  NO nice hard copy in the mail she said thats
another $50.00 and I had to print it myself all crooked.  Her assistant Susan said it takes them a
while to put it together.  This is a lie
as this is a template obviously that they already have in their computer.  All they had to do is input my information
which is my company info.  When you check
in the Nev Sec of State there is not much they did that suppose to take them 9
days.  Other companies told me I really
got taken and especially if Nev Sec of State told me it shouldnt have taken
that long.  It should have filed within
48 hrs.  So I complained to Bonnie
Simon.  She told Susan I will get $145
CREDIT for the next year Resident filling.
I found out I missed the 30 days filling of officers so I asked her how
much to help me.  She said another $500
plus she refused to use my $145 credit towards it.  She said it ONLY applies to my next year
resident filling.  AVOID Bonnie Simon and
her company.  To me this is UNETHICAL and
will tell other Realtors about her.  Too
bad I referred my sister  to her  to open her LLC with their company.  There is a saying, ONE unhappy client tell 20
and each of those 20 will tell 20 more and so on and so on.

Response to this report

AUTHOR: Service Department - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 06, 2011

The State of Nevada has changed their system. There is no longer a form that is a "hard copy" issued by the State. If you want a "hard copy", the State cost (not ours!) is $50. All that is currently received is a electronic read out, which we did forward to this client.

The list of officer is due with the State of Nevada at the end of the month, the month after the filing. The cost is $325. This is gone through at both the initial meeting, with an additional form that the clients signs at the meeting and in the initial paperwork. In addition, we call EACH client at least 2-3 times prior to the end of the month to ensure they do not miss this deadline.

When we called this particular client, which we did several times PRIOR to the deadline, the calls were repeatedly not returned.

When she finally called us back, the cost had gone from $325 to $500, with the State, which we had told her both on the phone and in the meeting. We offered as a courtesy to waive her resident agent fee, even though we had done everything in our power to contact her about this deadline. She did not have the money to do the list, I believe and thus was late in the filing.

Yes, the filings only take 48 hours...However, we also allow time for a confirmation to be sent and returned to ensure the information is correct. If there is an error in the filing it is $175 to fix it with the State. Thus the 7-10 business days.

We did try to accommodate this client as much as possible. Her list still has not been paid, since she has
not had the money to do so. I do not know if this is why she did not file the list initially on time but we made every effort to make sure she made this deadline.
