I was contacted by this company stating I needed to set up an account with them so that I was able to receive phone calls from my husband, so I did just that. Since I have set up the account there has been nothing but problems. One time it works the next time he tries to call it does not work and he calls my neighbor so that they can let me know.

I call them and they tell me they are going to put in a work order for an up load and the problem will be resolved in 24-72 hours. I think since my husband went in I have been on the phone with this company more than I have talked to him because the phone calls are not coming through.

It seems this company has just taken my money. I called my regular phone company to see if there was a block on my phone for receiving collect calls and was informed there is no block, so now at this point in time I think this company put a block on my phone just so that I had to set up an account with them.
