Okeechobee Correctional just switched to CBS. Of the 7 calls I have received, 5 were interrupted erroneously. When you call them to report the problem, they leave you hanging on the line waiting (no indication that the call is still connected). The next thing they will do is cancel the 800 number. I want credit for these calls,.
