This company took $100 of my money for pre pay billing for phone service in order for me to speak with my son who was in jail. My son was released from jail and no phone services were used and I did not get my $100 back from this company.

Hi, I am also having problems getting a refund from this company! I have been dealing with them since September 25th 2008, and I was just curious if you ever got your money back. I am so frustrated with this company!!!
