Crystal Way Inc Reversed My Pay Shorewood Illinois

Upon being with the company for two weeks they were taking deposit out of pay each week for leaving without notice and for their laptop that I left in their tractor. Very disorganized in payroll. You have to argue for your reimbursements and you pay the tolls and washes and faxes of bills. Upon getting paid I would have to contact payroll and argue with what they did not reimburse for and then basically telling me I am lying until I prove otherwise. Left company without two week notice and they reversed my pay for the miles I drove along with tolls and faxes. They have their deposit money they take out if you leave without notice but they take your last pay as well. I do not recommend working for this company. They are thieves! Their truck broke down while I was home on Thursday let them know and they wanted me their driver to fix it. I'm not a mechanic and their truck and trailor are still sitting in my yard and its Tuesday now.
