Meet modern day Judas. David Mkrtchyan, who is unefficiently looking for his missing sister Irma Mkrtchyan with deceitful tactics (lying to and misleading the police department of Las Vegas and perjury), destroying his own sister's children's lives and the legacy of their mom.
David came to the United States over ten years ago and from the first day he and his large family have been living on welfare, cheating the goverment out of money. Meanwhile he have several businesses in his native country of Armenia, where he spends eight months of the year while still collecting welfare checks from America.
