Dexter Cruz Mr Cruz contacted me saying I had outstanding payday loans Folsom California

On the morning of 8/19/13, I got a phone call from Dexter CruZ saying I had 3 payday loans from Cash America that I never paid and Cash America wanted to take me to court.  He said I had to $500 in 30 minutes to avoid being arrested.   I told Mr. Cruz I don't remember taking out any payday loans and never heard of Cash America but he said if I didn't pay the money I would be arrested.  So I went to the bank, withdrew the money and paid him via a green dot Moneypak card.  Mr. Cruz called me the next morning and told me the court rejected my payment because more loans were found in my name.  He said I had 45 minutes to pay $1900 or I would be arrested.  So I borrowed and paid the money.  2 hours later Mr. Cruz said the court rejected the payment because more loans came up in my name and yelled at me as to why I wasn't honest with him about how many loans I had in my name.  I told him I don't remember taking the loa s out.  He said I needed to pay $3000 to resolve the matter and I had 90 minutes to pay or I would be arrested.  So I again borrowed the money from my boyfriend and paid the money.  An hour and a half later, Mr. Cruz calls and says I have to pay another $1300 to resolve the matter and I have 30 minutes to pay or I  am going to be arrested..  I am so scared of going to jail,so I again borrow the money from my boyfriend, which has now wiped out his retirement fund and pay Mr Cruz the money.  Mr.  Cruz called me this morning telling me the court rejected my payments because I lied about how many loans I had and they were sending me a certified check for $7186 which I will receive by Friday morning and that I would be arrested today and that he couldn't help me anymore.  I asked him where the court was and he said California.  He said I would be arrested by local authorities and taken to California so I hung up on him.  I then called my boyfriend, Dad and friend.  My Dad and friend said this was a scam.  I got on the internet, found and called Cash America corporate office ans they have nothing on me.  I then Googled Dexter Cruz and found scam reports on him.  Really wish I had checkeed him out after he called wanting more money.  I feel so stupid!  Now it's going to take me years and years to pay my boyfriend back.  I hope nobody is stupid as I am.  I hope Mr. Cruz is found and prosecuted
