Don't tell the guy to try and call them. YOU try and call them. You cannot, because they've been shut down. Did you even try and call before offering this brilliant advice?

Have you called the company and spoken with them on the phone? I've bought a lot of software from this company and anytime I had an issue or a question I just picked up the phone and called them. They are really good about accomodating the consumer of the error is on them. I highly recommend them or else I wouldn't have spent thousands of $$ with them.

You stated that 'multiple attempts to reach them by phone or email have failed' but honestly, I've never called during business hours that someone, a real person, has not answered the phone. If I might suggest, you might check the number you are dialing and make sure it is correct.
