Dr. McEnerney at 3648 W Anthem Way referred me to a Gastroenterologist, and WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, submitted disability paperwork to Sedgwick returning me to work the very next day.  Did not even wait to get input from the specialist as to the cause of my severe digestive issue.  I informed her that I CANNOT return to work without a copy of the "release to work" from her.  I must have a copy of everything submitted to Sedgwick.  Additionally, I did not agree to, nor did we set a return date! The Honor Health Visit Summary does not show any information that I was to return to work.  Now I am dealing with an appeal to Sedgwick - which Dr. McEnernery is refusing to correct... extremely disappointed. Repeated requests for a phone call have been unanswered.  I even went into the clinic to request a discussion/phone call.  Nothing.
