I shipped out a slot machine with this company. They dropped it on pick up and i caught the machine in mid air before it hit the ground. It broke the coin tray off and driver said it would get fixed. I called eagle and a joe verati told me he would take pics of it before and after they fixed it send me photos via email befor it was shipped. never got any emails or phone calls and they shipped it anyway. it showed up at its destination in even worse shape. Basically im out over $900 dollars no one at eagle wants to work anything out. I filed a claim they only offererd me $50 bucks. The company is not admitting that they are at fault. and i am the one out of the money. Very bad business!

How to Get Retribution from EGL

Brandon, I'm writing in response because a similiar situation happened with me. Since your incident happened a while ago, I'm hoping you resolved your issue. If not, I hope my advice helps you and anyone else who has a problem with any irresponsible company.
I highly recommend resolving the complaint in local court. Local courts are typically known as small claims court or district judges and the plaintiff must file a small fee for the hearing.
Having one's case heard before a judge offers three benefits: 1) the Defendant must appear in court or automatically have a ruling passed against him in default 2) The Plaintiff can seek both damages and any legal fees involved with the case (i.e. the hearing filing fee, lawyer fees) 3) A lawyer doesn't have to be present.
I found this method effective because the accused party settled out of court with me in an attempt to save face. Please keep in mind that this strategy represents a method of last resort. Please follow these instructions only if the other means of mediation (i.e. BBB, State Attorney General Office) fail. Good luck seeking justice.
