I recently was looking for a tablet. I stumbled across eglobal electronics. I found an android tablet on sale for $79.99 with free shipping. I then placed my order within three days i received a phone call trying to sell me more products to go with the tablet. The man on the phone told me the batteries dont last that i should get a better battery which i spent an extra $30 on. He then told me i should get a service plan because i would probablly need it, which i spent another $10 on. All together my price went from $80 to $120 very quickly.

The tablet shown in the picture was definitely not what i received. The whole tablet was plastic there was a hair or some sort of crack under the screen. I could not connect to the internet the touch screen hardly worked without pushing down on it pretty hard. The battery that i spent $30 on didnt last more theb an hour. It made a very high pitch ringing noise for the first 3 days that i had it.

When i was finally fed up with the crappy product i received i called the "Customer service" line. I then left 4 messages over a week span. I never received a phone call back yet they were quick to call me back to make me spend more money. When i finally contacted them i had to cover the shipping fees to send the broken product back. After about a week i was refunded 59 dollars. Dur to their 25% restocking fee that they dont telll you about. When i called to complain because i spent 120 and only receive half they then informed me that the other products i purchased were a bundle package and dont do refunds on bundle packages. The girl was very rude and basically told me i should have asked queztions before making purchases.

This company rips people off please don not fall into their so called low prices. They are only out to take peoples money
