I ordered from this company with the understanding that I would be recieving NEW tablets for my kids for Christmas with a 7-10 day shipping perdiod. After MANY attempts to contact them without any lucky and email them the 10th day passed. I canceld my credit card for fear I was being scammed and on the 16th day the products arrive. DESPITE the card had been canceld to prevent this. The tablets WERE NOT NEW!!!!!

Of course you cant speak with anyone because they wont answer or return calls or emails but you must fill out a request to return. Mine has been WAITING approval for a week. WHAT????? I get send bad products NOT what I ordered days past the shipping time on a canceled card and I have to wait to be approved to return, pay shipping and a 25% restocking fee????????????? This is INSANE and my children dont have Christmas gifts now. This company needs to be taken out of buisness for what they are doing to people and the headache it has caused!!!!!!!!!!!!
