Hi Realtornr,

I just read your post, and I hope its not too late. Do you have an adjustable rate mortgage, or are they raising your payment because of an escrow shortage or forced placed insurance? If it's an adjustable rate mortgage, you want to get away from that thing asap because its only going to get worse. With the new changes to FHA underwriting guidelines, and the changes to the county loan limits, there are more people than ever that qualify for the most competitive interest rates out there. If you still have that loan, let me know. I'll do my best to point you in the right direction. I hope your situation gets better, and I wish you the best of luck.
