I signed up for free trial, got charged, never used it, they convinced me to go on hold, after hold more charges, and what ever rate I was paying per month ($11.99) if not used was their 100% profit, so I finally reached out to cancel and after paying them 7 x 11.99 I have 11.99 to spend there before Dec 10th.

Don't be stupid like me, don't sign-up for any free trials, it is just a scam to get you to forget about account and for them to bill you for forever.
