After reviewing my credit report, I noticed a derogatory entry from Enchanced Recovery Company, LLC based in Jacksonville, FL. I phoned this agency to verify this charge.

The initial rep became flustered with my questions and transferred me to his manager, Mr Spencer. Mr Spencer would not answer my questions either, but kept stating "no comment."

No comment!! How can a collection agency report you to the credit bureau but not answer questions about an account? I googled this agency and read numerous complaints.

I will be filing a formal complaint against Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC and I warn all consumers to investigate this company before giving them any money!
