You don't have anything to worry about. I feel as if Rod is trying to give you a bad name, and I don't even know either of you. You can't really "steal" a recipe, per se, as I'm sure the recipes are used throughout the country in many different stores.

Jason, good luck with your restaurant. It doesn't sound as if Rod and Annie Lee are going to make it very much longer, especially attacking other random restaurants in the area.

The Staff at Enzo's Italian Cuisine Would like to welcome you to our restaurant. My name is Jason Robillard I am the managing partner of Enzo's.

I worked with Annie Lee for 2 1/2 years in Longmont as the servers' manager. When Annie Lee and I opened Pinocchios in Greeley I had part ownership in that restaurant, according to Annie. In October Annie told me that our agreement was void and that I would have to sign a confidentiality agreement to stay working their.

I would not sign a confidentiality agreement on a system which I developed that made both Longmont & Greeley successful. Most of my knowledge came from my experiences in the hospitality industry since 1996 when I graduated High School. Go Erie Tigers.

I have worked for Pinocchio's, Olive Garden, Johnny Carino's, Bahama Breeze, & Finnegans (Universal Studio's--Orlando Fl.). I would like to thank Annie Lee for being the person she was before she met Rod.

I would like everybody out their to print this report and bring it to Enzo's Italian Cuisine & Espresso Located in the Park Plaza Shopping Center--12025 N. Pecos St Westminster, Co 80234 For A BUY ONE GET ONE FREE ENTREE AND DRINK. Annie is upset that I left her and is doing everything she can to make sure that I am not successful. This will not work. We put out a phenomonal product with service that is both knowledgable and friendly in an atmosphere that is welcoming to all. We are in the relationship business and plan to keep it that way. All of us at Enzo's would like to thank you for the support you have given us to this point and look forward to seving you in the future.
