On November 20, 2004 I went into the store to purchase a couple new outfits, I decided to purchase two skirts and one sweater. I did not have time to try on the items on so i paid for the and left the store.

When I got home I tryed on the sweater and the skirt and both of them were to big... I went back to the store on November 23, 2004 to exchange the items but they did not have a smaller size so i had to returm the for a refund.

The lady at the counter was not sure how to process a return so the mgr of the store came up to assist she said " Why is everbody returning stuff what they must have run out of money over the weekend".

I was very upset at that point, I called and spoke with another associate who gave me the name of the district mgr name and number, I called her for two weeks when she finally called me back she said that she very sorry for what happen and that she was going to mail me a gift card but she never did.

I work in retail and understand how customer service should always be the key to a great sales day.

I have been an employee of Fashion Bug for almost four years now and would like to say that I am sorry for your treatment at that particular store. I agree that the comment of "everyone running out of money over the weekend" should not have been said. But don't let the incident drop, call the DM back and let her know that you haven't received your gift card, she will be more than happy to help you! We are a wonderful company to work for and we are all about customer service. Once again I am sorry about the comment but don't let that sour you to all of our stores.

Hi, Christie. That's the way the clientelle behaves that is located in certain areas. If I were you I would get back on the horn and get that gift card!!! Then go to the Fashion Bug on 87th and Harlem. Hopefully, the employees will be more professional.
