Fatima Pimenta Siner convinced an elderly jeweler that a bank in Europe was looking to invest in diamonds and precious stones. Fatima along with her daughter Arielle Siner (Who is studying acting at the Moravian Academy.) convinced the elderly man to fly to the alleged bank in Europe. After taking him to an office in Europe, Fatima and her other accomplices convinced the gentleman to leave the jewelry with them. They promised to wire money but it is over a year and they are still promising.
Fatima's cruelty knows no bounds as she and her daughter Arielle fraudulently used the gentleman's credit card to pay for their trip and hotels in Europe.
Please do not trust Fatima Siner She has gone bankrupt many times.

Fatima Siner is a heartless con artist.
Fatima Siner claimed that she was a diplomat and representative of the IOR Bank of the Vatican. She scammed many people with a deposit on low interest loans. She further purchased watches and jewels allegedly for the IOR Bank. Fatima and her accomplices took the merchandise, promising funds being wired,but never delivering.
Fatima worked with the Saint Leo Foundation in Wesley Chapel, Florida . The Saint Leo Foundation sold worthless bonds.
Fatima is presently working the same scam with Charles Bassford in Hollywood, Florida.
Using her daughter Arielle in a scam is difficult to understand,but it is not beyond the realm of a sociopath.
