FnJ Construction Francisco Garcia Stole Money and walked off on multiple projects Killeen Texas

I hired Francisco and his brother to work on multiple projects as I'm a full time investor. They were great on one house then walked off of two different jobs after getting a draw. Turns out they didn't pay their contractors so I had multiple liens put against my properties which I had to pay again.
Their said was that was a sick child involved, which is pretty typical when a contractor is broke and can't run their business, and sad they would use that as an excuse.
