I contacted Fuel Free Recreation (FFR) in Naples, FL because they claimed to have a very hard to find Fuji Bicycle in stock. I gave them my credit card information but never received an invoice or shipping information. Five days later I sent them an email instructing them to cancel my order. Instead, they charged $749 to my card. That day I found out that FFR was essentially closed. Neighboring stores indicate there is no activity at the store. They do not answer their phone. Their voice mail box is full. They do not respond to emails. Their web site is not availale.
I contact the USA distributor for Fuji bikes and FFR never ordered my bike. They also indicated that particular bike has been out of stock for month and none were expected until at least July 2015.
In summary, FFR charged me $749 for a bike they did not order, could not order and had no intention of delivering to me.
I HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED OUT $749 BY FUEL FREE RECREATION IN NAPLES, FL.

I was told by owner Shelly Thomson on more than one occasion the bike I wanted was readily available and she blantently lied to me when I asked her why FFR's web site was down.
