I paid a 50% deposit following advice given by this firm. It turn out in the end that the builder has not got planning permission and my money has been stolen.

This law firm signed hundreds of people up to weak contracts which are totally totally in favor of the builder. No many people lose their money. At 1000 a time Gabrielle Giambrone make 400,000 from this builder alone so how he independent? He not, he in hands and pocket of developer.
