 Breeder's who cook for their dogs are NOT PUPPY MILLS. Having great relationships with many of the vets around the valley and they know your great reputation becuase they can see how well you care for the dogs/puppies does not label you as a Puppy Mill. Again, I do not recall you or your dogs. I have a 2yr Health Guarantee and why wasn't this ever addressed if BOTH your pups are sick? Also, I can see one of your dog having hip problems, but BOTH? Sounds like you need a new vet. ONE IN FOUR LARGE BREED DOGS WILL DEVELOPE HIP PROBLEMS. This is out of my hands. As a reputable breeder, we test the parents and hope for the best knowing we are breeding good parents(THANK YOU Newport Beach Animal Hospital, Dr Cohen-Radiologist), other than that, it is out of our hands. WE ARE NOT GODS. And WE/Vets cannot ever promise the outcome of your puppy at 7wks old. This is why we also take our puppies into the vet at 6wks old to assess each pup from Head-Toe before we let them go home. This helps US as well as YOU know that you are purchasing a sound & healthy puppy.(Thank you Desert Inn Animal Hospital). They get 2 VET CHECKS, when they are a few days old and at 6wks. As for Goldens and as many Golden owners know, they are very prone to cancer, especially American Goldens as the Las Vegas Cancer Treatment for Animals can agree. As for your DISCOUNT. If I sold you a discounted dog, it is ONLY becuase I sold them without papers. As MANY of my families can agree, I sell them without papers(saves me from registering them if I don't plan on keeping a pup for myself or for another breeder), which my families love, becuase NO ONE ever does anything with those papers besides file it and forget about it. Unless you breed or show your dogs, most people don't ever need their papers. THIS IS THE ONLY DISCOUNT YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN. Again, I ask why if you have a 2yr Health Guarantee(even on our non-paper pups I still offer it), you did not take advantage of it? Lastly, all these complaints about your dogs DOES NOT label us as a Puppy Mill(my dogs doesn't even know what a collar means, they are so spoiled and are always all over my Facebook, and get groomed by a mobile Groomer-Whitney's Polished Paws).

 You were notified and both dogs were taken care of by Town Care Vet Center- they received all their checkups. You even saw the X-ray. Not only that- we should have known there would be an issue when you sold the dogs to us at a discount- both dogs with dysphasia-sold at a discount-you knew. We should have realized you weren't do this out of kindness and we're paying for it with our hearts now

Let me begin by saying, that year, there was only one family we sold two pups to. In which we are still in contacts with as well as many of my families. Hard to believe that both your pups are ill. AND NOT ONCE for either dogs you addressed the 2 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEES that we provide in our contracts? And I would like to know since I know most every doctors in this valley, who is the vet that cared for both your pups? If they were a good vet, they too would have advise you to contact us to start with. My biggest question is, why have I never been notified to begin with to help?

BOTTOM LINE, I believe this is a FALSE COMPLAINT
