My husband and I went to a presentation held in Arlington Texas in 2003. We were promoised an airfare trip for 2 anywhere in the US , A free 4 day 3 night cruise to Cosmel.we sent the deposit of $99 I called for the status of confirmation at that time she gave me some crazy excuse why I didn't received the pass via mail and that I should receive the package in about 7 to 10 business days. I did receive the package only to find out that it was a bunk room I called and ask if there was another room she stated there was not I told her how will a married couple enjoy themself in a Bunk room . she began apologizing and at that time I ask for my money back and she stated that the deposit was non refundable needless to ssay we never went on the trip and never received our money back. We also paid over 4 grand which is now paid off as of 01/18/08. I contacted Grand Crown to find out when will my husband and I receive a certificate I was tld that we did not purschase a time share it was just for membership alone with a yearly fee of $149. I any one has stared a class action lawsuite my husband and I would be more than happy to jump on board. This should not be Legal too many people are being deceived by this company and it has to stop.

Our company is surprised by these member's comments, since they have never previously sent a complaint to us for review and we have never had the opportunity to try and address their concerns; therefore, we do not feel it is fair they posted these comments without giving us a chance to assist them with their concerns. Our records indicate they have made airfare and car rental bookings using their membership benefits. Our agents provided prompt and courteous service to these requests. At no time during any of the conversations with our travel agents did these members indicate any dissatisfaction with the quotes offered and booked. At this time, we encourage them to contact our company to discuss their concerns.
