Gregg Franks told my wife and I specifically we would have a 1% prepayment penalty on the loan we took out. He knew 100% we were thinking of moving to Lake County possibly sooner than later..The prepay was six months interest totaling $26,000.00 instead of the $10,000.00 he told us. He also told us the loan would move alot faster.It took nearly two months.We were told three-four weeks.

Im sure Bishop Smith isnt lying hah? You did the same to me and I bet we werent the only ones? Stop lying you know EXACTLY what you told my WIFE,and I.Why do you blame me? If you really knew the truth about whats happening to me here in Lake County you would of never responded to them. Once you come to there trial and watch them loose badly, and what they WILL loose because of there BASELESS NUISANCE VALUE CLAIM your eyes will finally be opened then I guarantee you,you wont walk youll run,and beg for my forgiveness. I told you my gross income at the time. IM sure I even showed you. If anyone lied on my application it was you. NOT ME.....I have no problem sharing my tax returns... If I were you... I would stop defaming me.....Have a good day!
