We sent our entire household goods from the UK back to Canada. The price was quoted in the UK, paid for in the UK. The total price. When we got home to Canada we we informed that we had to pay a few thousand more to cover the Canadian side of things. Mad as hell I called the Customs who told me they are under investigation. These people are just crooks. The wife and I were quoted and then PAID for in full all customs, broker, shipment fees everything. We wanted no surprises. Well that was a load of sh*t. And if you do not pay them right away they charge you storage. Stay away from these a*holes.
