Homecomings is a company that appears to be winning. I've been dealing with this rip-off company for years. Homecomings refuses any offers that I displayed to them, they mailed me information that we agreed on and stated that I was late, etc. Finally, they foreclosed on my home and I filed bankruptcy on July 6, 2007 and they sold my sold my house on July 13, 2007, I was in bankruptcy, my question is how could they do this and get away with it.

Letters to the Attorney General and Class Action Lawsuits are stopping this company.

Does anyone has any suggestions?
