homes.com BEWARE of their promises of many leads--they are only for your own Listings Gettysburg PA

Kristy Bennett from Homes.com solicited me over the phone with grand ideas of how many leads I would be getting on ALL Adams County Listings. I was supposed to have 3000 clicks per month on all listings not just my own.I was lead to believe that I would get a minimum of 3 leads on all kinds of listings for my purchasing 3000 hits/month.  I was guaranteed at least 3 leads.  What they do not tell you is that all the leads  that you are promised are only for your own listings. which, in my case I have no problem getting.  All of my listings go out to numerous sites, including theirs and our own company site.  

I did not need to pay 197 dollars per month to get leads on my own listings.  In addition, the only leads I got on my listings were actually on the two I had that were listed both for sale and rent.  All the leads were for the rentals--not one buyer lead on any listing whatsoever!   I feel I was misled insofar as I did not get 3 quality leads per month on anything other than my rental listings. When I cancelled they, of course, told me I would have toendure for 1 additional month, yet 3 weeks into this final month I have received ZERO referrals from them, yet they have refused to refund my final month's money or even return my emails or calls.
