Booked car rental with Hotwire (never used that service before).

Hotwire forms asked me for all travel details (including airline/flight#).  What they didn't mention was the rental agency was closed yet they still accepted the order and took our money.

We arrived with two small children to a closed facility.  Needless to say, we ended up with a taxi to our final destination (very far away). Hotwire.com (an Expedia company) a IS 100% A RIPOFF.  DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING
