The laptop crashed completely exactly after 13 months. Never thought the product will quit on you just after warranty period is over. HP charged me $ 500 to retrieve my hard disk. I got it back and now battery is dead. Of course I have to pay for new battery.


This laptop gets so hot no matter what OS you install that you can cook omelets after 1 hour of use. The touch buttons work when they are in mood.
Want to warn future customers not to buy anything from HP it is not worth the risk. The products are designed to last up to warranty period. If you are a millionaire and want to spend money and bring headache home this product will suit your needs. .
