ICS Screwed Again-Fraud, Misrepresentation, Lying, Keeping Money and Getting None Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I received an application on November 1, 2006. I called ICS and asked if the $75 fee ensured I would be getting a loan. I was told YES by Steven who went so far as to tell me the length of the loan, the percentage rate and monthly payment through Universal Financial in Kentucky.

Universal asked for $55 which I paid. I was still being told I was approved. It is now December 12, 2006 and I have nothing and they have $130 of my money.

Based on what Steven told me I had major dental work done and now cannot pay my dentist. Steven is not answering my phone calls or faxes. I have reported ICS to the Oklahoma City Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

I am also thinking of going to Shame on You which is on a local news network. They approach people like this who have scammed innocent people.
