This company uses a fine print scam to say that if you don't cancel this order within 14 days you will continue to receive the order each month forever.   I assumed it was a one-time order.  I confess that I did not read the lengthy small print, and when I realized that I was continuing to receive the products on a regular basis I called to complain.  It is impossible to reach the actual sender of the procuct.  Instead I was transferred three times to different phone numbers of "support" people and the bottom line is that they won't cancel your order; instead they try to give you a lifelong order of 50% off, try many methods to soothe you, anything other than refunding the money for the unwanted products.   I finally agreed to a 35% refund after being billed $400.  I still haven't received an email verification that they have cancelled my order.  What a ripoff!   I can't believe companies like this are able to continue to scam the public!
