I/O Magic Corp Th company will not pay my rebate although it is approved for payment Irvine California

I submitted this rebate one day after I purchased it from Staples. I waited for the required time stated on the rebate to get my reward, then checked the website and called the rebate phone number when it did not show up. They asked me to re-submit the rebate by fax and I did. They approved payment but that is the stage it has been at for over two months. Every time I call to find out when the check will be released they tell me in two weeks. Well that is a lie, how can it be sent out in two weeks after two months have passed from when they told me that it would be sent out in two weeks? I have filed a complaint with the CA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S office, the FTC, logged a complaint on planetfeedback.com and now with this website. I am now going to fax I/O magic this same complaint.
