When you purchase a product you would expect the company to provide you with updates and updated drivers for the products. I purchased a video camera from Io magic. The camera is only 6 Months old. I purchased it from Circuit City. I Called I/O online tech support. And also looked into their drivers support page. I tried many ways to see if I can get the drivers for my camera.
When I spoke to their tech, they told me they dont give support for their older pc cameras. He had no idea where I can get the drivers. Know you would think that a company as big as I\o magic would have some great support. But sad to say they don't. Shame on you I/O. I will never buy another product from their company again. Check out their chat room. Many complaints on their products.
