To whom it may concern:
1) Please read the email I sent on May 16 which has still not been responded to!!!!
2. I have a 7 month Rolex from you that is totally not working! (Order ID: XSS ....) Ive tried to get you to give me a return address for repair. However, per your website (Again, see the email attachment with includes your website return guidelines) , I need approval to return the watch first. I have had no luck getting someone to give the approval and have asked repeatedly for a return address to absolutely not avail!!!
Your product is worthless as is your customer service. Its been nothing but a headache to deal with you folks. And, if you think I think Ive been ripped of, youre absolutely right!
I will sending a message to the Rip Off Report letting the world know my experiences with your company, your attitude (i.e. lack thereof!) and the atrocious product quality. Heck, my $10 Timex is more reliable than your $200 Rolex!!!
AND, please note that my email address has changed to ........ which has already been ignored by Mark after Id advised him of this change weeks ago!
I would love to have a person call me but that seems to be out of your purview. But, just in case my number is ...........
If Im lucky, maybe this message will be passed on to someone who cares about your company and will try to rectify what should be a simple fix to a simple problem.

How stupid are you? ANY fool would know that a rolex that cost $200 is a rip off. the name of the company ahs replica in its name. WASN"T that a clue? Stop buying stuff off the internet. Oh ya, I ahve a bridge in Brooklyn for sale really cheap. Wanna buy it?

"I have a 7 month "ROLEX"...". You don't have a frickkin' "Rolex". You have a replica, a counterfeit, an imitation, an imposter, need I go on? All things aside, you buy an illegal product, from a ripoff company that is selling an illegal product and you expect top notch service?
