My name is mike granger and I am an office manager for PVF energy services working out of Newfoundland. Our prices for oilfield products have recently skyrocketed due to trade tariffs with the USA. I was assigned with finding alternate suppliers for a variety of products and testing them for field use.

I decided to try Industries B. Rainville inc. for a series of hydraulic components and valves and I was put in touch with Isabelle Baccichet. Our first order totalled to just under 10k. The shipment we received was 90% non-functional and or the wrong measurements.

I gave her the company card # as we didn’t want to make an account with them not knowing the quality of their companies product. After reviewing the statement we realized the charges were made twice and the invoice had parts that weren’t ordered included in it.

After many attempts to get a hold of Isabel and several voicemails that were unattended I asked to speak to her superiors through the main office lines but we were told only she had access to the information we required. After multiple complaints to head office and a couple weeks had passed since our first attempts to recover our funds she finally got through to us but claimed the charges were only put in once and the parts were all confirmed to have been the ones we ordered, counted, and function tested before shipping.

Naturally she refused to return the double charge or the over charge for parts not ordered and invoiced. When we threatened with legal action she returned the threats by telling me that she knew bad people and if I jeopardized her position by taking action against her and rainville hydraulics she would order those people to take care of me "regardless how far I thought I was".

Our attorneys and the RCMP are taking the matter very seriously but these issues take time and this warning is to make sure she doesnt get away with more thieving before she gets terminated or put in jail.
