J C "CHUCK" WAYMER RIPOFF OF EARNEST MONEY DISHONEST PIECE OF S**T GEORGETOWN Texas

J C "Chuck" Waymer took $2500.00 of mine for ernest money.

I was trying to by my first house. MR. Waymer told me he needed $2500.00 to get the loan papers going.He gave me a receipt saying if he coudnt get the house i whould get my money back.

Well he didnt get me the house. that was back on sept.05
he has given me more excuses about where my money is.

1.His daughter in okl. was getting the check and bringing to him. he said they sent a check for $25000.00 so he had it sent back.
2.His daughter got another check. she was brining it to him her car broke down had to go back to okl.

3.She was now going to bring it next week end. On the way to texas her kid got sick. Back to okl.

4.Then i cant tell you how many times he had to go to the
hospital and the doc said he had to rest a few days and he whould see me friday no later than monday.

5.Hers the best one.He went to okl. to get the money. His car broke down a coupel of diffrent times.He finaly said he got the check hes on his way back to Tx. he told me he got a check for $50000.00 He had some other bills to take care of plus a little extra for me waiting so long.

He gets home says he put the check in the bank that it will take two days to clear. this is on wend. come fri. it still hasnt cleared. Well that weekend we had a bad thunder storm. so on mon. he said the banks computers were down.that i whould have my money tues. come tues. he said the computers are still down and they will have his money be for the end of the day. OH BOY GOOD NEWS Well he went to get the money.He told me that the bank said they can only hold a check for so long and that they sent his $50000.00 check back to the original bank.

I have many many more. So any way i am still trying to get my money he was repersenting
