It's plain and simple. We scheduled a move, they have and are still holding our goods hostage and its been 90 DAYS!! They won't even tell an elderly woman where her belongings are (pictures of grandkids, family heirlooms, clothing!). Have never received a call from the Company to follow up.
We call in and get hung up on or are told we'll be called back...and never are. I have screen shots of text messages where this heartless person told me to buzz off in foul language. This person has no ethics and is a personal disgrace to anyone who knows him or anyone who he works for.
Total fraud and crook. I've had my life's possessions stolen from me at my advanced age and living on social security....my life is ruined.

According to the Department of Transportation, the mover has been out of service since July - they are legally unable to deliver your items. I would contact www.moverescue.com, contact the phone number listed on the website. They may be able to help you get your items back. Best of luck to you...

Take time to look up their USDOT number3030473 on the SMS database and you will see that it says (paraphrased): U.S. DOT 3030473 is under an Out-of-Service Order from FMSCA and shall not operate. Their license was revoked because it failed a Safety Audit.
I don't know where you go from here, but if I were in your shoes I would find out where your stuff is located and get someone else to pick up and deliver your goods. JMO.
