My name is Sophia. I hired this company to move my car. When they picked up the car I never received a copy of the bill of lading.
I asked for one... but the abusive truck driver (who barely spoke English) said "no".
Call the company for it. The company refused to give me a copy of the bill of lading which shows the condition of the vehicle upon pickup.
When it was delivered - of course there was a big scratch down the side. They refused to take responsibility for it.
Next time I'll use a broker that will protect me. This is not my first rodeo. I knew there was a problem as soon as I met the truck driver. What an idiot.
The company stopped taking my calls. They blocked my number.
Never use this company! Ever!

My name is Dallas and I am NOT the truck driver. I have never ripped off anyone and I am certainly not abusive. I own Jaxworld Inc and allow drivers to lease their trucks on with my company in order to operate. I have never even spoke with Sophia, however, everyone in my office is aware of this customers car because of the insane phone calls that they have received being screamed at and threatened for no reason. That is why my office stopped answering their calls. The bill of lading was signed at pickup and given at delivery. All scratches were notated, payment was received, and that is the end of the story. It baffles me that people, such as Sophia, are allowed to create false claims and post them on this website. I will be filing a civil suit for libel defamation against her unless my name is removed from this immediately.
