JMW Auto Sales ripoff crooks thiefs cruel! Houston Texas

Last august,our daughter was doing so well,in college,that we wanted to get her a little car,we went all over town trying to find a nice car,with low miles,we finally went to jmw auto on 45 north,the sales lady,seemed to be nice and very upfront,we looked at lots of cars,she told us that they only sell cars with low mileage,and make sure that everything works,before sold,and also had an extended warranty.

My daughter chose a 2004 plymouth sunfire,red with 35thousand miles,we test drove it,around the freeway,we noticed that the breaks was a little squeaking,she said if we wanted it,they would send it to their automotive shoppe and take care of it,it was beautiful on the outside,and the inside,we went in with her,to get started on the paperwork,and the price,and how much that it would take to fiance it.

they said that it was 10thousand nine,with 30months,and 490 a month,and also a thousand downpayment.while we were there we saw a 2005 chrysler pt cruiser,also red in color,and very nice on the outside,at that time we didnot look at the inside,we said that we would come back in a month to purchase it,it was suppose to have low mileage.after purchasing the sunfire,they put the paper license on,and stated thatthe registration and liscense sticker would be in within a week,it is almost a yr,and we have not received one sticker everytime we call the sales lady says it is in,when we go up to pay the notes the malesalesman says it is not there and that we were a day late so they are going tokeep it,my daughter and husband have received traffic tickets for expired tags,and when they went up to the traffic court the judge told them to go to the licensing office in the court house,after going and the clerk ran the numbers off the reciept of the papers that was given to us,it shows that the car was registered as scrap,or savage,it was not supposed to be sold,but before all of this the next month which was last sept we went up and bought the pt cruiser.

i was feeling funny about it because while my husband was signing the papers,and putting the 1500 cash in their hands,and signing promising to pay 570 a month,i had change my mind about purchasing the car,after looking on the inside and taking it for a test drive the indoor lights were missing,the air condition was blowing hot air,i said i no longer wanted the car,but the manager came out and said that everything would be fixed,they would put in the new lights the next day,and have his mechanic check out the air,yes they checked out the air and did something to it to make it blow for a day,we drove it a week later out of town to a funeral and was burning up all the way there,the 100miles going and coming back,i called them and told them,they said bring it in,my hub brought it up there and they fix the air but the lights were never fixed,and they said that they had order the parts,and they were checking to see why they had not come,and we had the same problem getting the stickers for that car,and when we went up to the motor vehicles dept in the courthouse we were able to purchased those,but the clerk stated that it was illegal for them to hold those stickersbut the pt cruiser was actually registered in my hub name,but not the sunfire,and that it was not suppose to be sold,and we see why now the brakes are gone,my daughters have had a wreck in that car,it makes a loud noise,when you cut off the engine,it sounds as if it still is running,and after 5min it shuts off,they came one evening and took the ptcruiser off of the driveway,because it had stopped running,and smoke coming from the engine,and when my hub raised the hood of the car it shot out smoke and hot water,and it took the skin off of his stomache on the right side.

Those people are dangerous,evil people to sell those type of cars to an indivual,and although that they dont have thesunfire registered in my hub's name,they have it listed at the credit bureau,where when he tries to purchase another car,from legitimate car sales.they state he has to sell the sunfire or trade it in,but he can't do either,because jmw has it listed in my hub name at the credit bureau,but not registered in his name,at the motor vehicles dept.this is a true story,no one could ever make up anything like this,it is too horrible to believe,please get back to me and maybe give one an idea,what,can done.and please print so that no one can ever purchase a car,from jmw sales.i would be happy to tell this to the media,or whoever will listen!
