Joe Borque comes on like a nice guy who is a straight shooter, which is the bait then when he actually does the job there's the switch.

First off he did not actually do any of the work to strip or replace the roof he had only two guys come and do this install. the Roof was 40 square and it took the one... sometimes two men 2.5 months to get the job "done" then when they were asked to seal a leak and finish replacing the siding they removed they comepletely disapeared.

the Typical cliched contractor load of Bull! the drip edge is installed wrong, the chimney flashing all leaks, the siding is missing, the roof leaks in the kitchen, and they left a broken extension ladder for me to get rid of! called and texted to tell him about the issues he was sorry about what happened and said he will personally come and fix the issues.

That of coarse never happened and has done the typical not answer the phone, not answering text, not returning phone call routine. He never gave any reciepts so taking him to coaurt will prove difficult. I would have to pay another roofer to come redo more than half of the work and then sue him for that cost which in this case he will file chapter 11 and change the name of his company leaving me to pay for the roof twice.

He is a two faced scam artist who doesn't mind ruining your property value or destroying your home. killing your biggest investment is what him and his company does best. When you shake is hand count your fingers after!
