Johnson Financials John Clark Michelle Oliver Fraud check $3820.00 Niagra Falls Ontario

Recently received letter and authentic looking check for $3820.00 which was supposed to cover the luxury tax on actual winnings of $38000.00.The check was from Elsa State Bank and Trust, Elsa TX. I contacted the TX banking regulatory commission and they told me of the scam, and gave me the phone # for Elsa State Bank.They were aware of the scam and said the check was a counterfeit, and if I contacted Johnson Financial they would ask for money to be wired. I called the phone # (905)598-4516 and got a recording that this is a scam.Seems they got busted or put out of business.Good riddance to bad rubbish.If it seems to good to be true,it definitely is!
