 While YES you DO have the freedom of speech, you however ARE NOT protected when you put slanderous or defaming information out in a public consumption format. HATE SPEECH is also NOT protected. YOU have made one of the worst mistakes you could have ever made. First, you DO NOT present your complaint in a fashion that show EXACTLY what this person did wrong. Secondly, YOU make suppositions that are not backed up by evidence. Ok so you couldn't reach him when you called. THAT doesn't make him a bad lawyer, just a busy one. Lastly, there are two groups of professionals that you DO NOT go after willy nilly. That's Doctors and Lawyers!! Both have enough income to spare to go after YOU in a civil proceeding and THEY wont care one bit about the costs. Lawyers even more so because THEY WORK AT THE COURTHOUSE!!!!!

While YES you have a right to complain, you DO NOT have the right to make vague statements. YOU need to spell out EXACTLY what they did wrong or else your complaint is considered a defaming statement. Which will get you sued. Just because someone is being friendly doesn't make what they are doing an attempt to pick you up. Some people "flirt" without meaning to. So THAT statement alone that YOU made is enough to have this lawyer gunning for you. One wonders how fast YOU would change your tune and your post when the lawyer YOU have defamed chooses to go after you. Just saying that YOU are COMPLETLY misinformed about YOUR rights. And what YOU have written has the potential to cost YOU a lot of money and time. And don't sit there and think "Oh well, what are they going to do? They cant prove I wrote it". As a matter od fact, YES THEY CAN!!!!!

See everything you do is logged somewhere and someway. Remember when YOU signed up to THIS site so YOU could make your defaming post?? YOU may or maynot have given your REAL information out. THAT doesn't matter. What DOES matter is that with a simple court order, they can prove by pulling you IP address information that YOU posted this. The can prove it was YOUR COMPUTER or phone or tablet or laptop that made this post. If I were you I would rebut my own statement and inform the entire web by doing so that what YOU have written is YOUR PERSONAL OPINION!!!! If you do not do this and you let the original post stay as it is, then YOU will have given that lawyer permission to go after you in a civil proceeding. Just because you have the right to do something doesn't make it right. Each and every one of our "rights" has multiple codices. So while YOU may have memorized the first few lines of the bill of rights, doesn't make you expert enough to post defaming material online.

Don't give the lawyer a chance to go after you. Lawyers and Doctors make their living off of their reputation. THAT ALONE would get most lawyers after you. The bad part is that THIS WEB SITE NEVER REMOVES A POST!!!! SO YOUR defaming comments will be on this site for as long as this site exists. Amend your complaint to include WHAT this lawyer did or be prepared to fight it out in court. And before you even start......NOPE!!!! Don't know this person, not in the same state.
